UCP Treatment Overview
A Wasatch Behavioral Health case manager will make treatment recommendations, as well as help participants with referrals for job training, housing, education, skill assessments and life skills classes.
Treatment Assessments
UCP participants complete an assessment with a Wasatch Behavioral Health case manager to determine risks and needs for treatment recommendations in order to design an individualized treatment plan.
Treatment Plans may include some of the following:
- Individual counseling
- Group counseling
- Relapse prevention
- Self-help though NA and AA
- Ancillary services that may include, vocational rehabilitation, workforce services, family counseling, medical services, educational, recreational, spiritual, and community support services
Upon recommendation from the Wasatch Behavioral Health case manager, treatment provider(s) may conduct addiction severity and/or mental health assessments, to create an individual course of treatment.
