Pay Civil Fees
No fee will be charged for serving Protective Orders, Temporary Protective Orders or Stalking Injunctions. Please contact the Civil office to arrange for these orders to be served.
For Evictions and Trustee Sales, contact the Civil Office to verify mileage costs prior to making payment.
For multiple orders being served to the same party or at the same address, contact the Civil Office to verify the total cost prior to submitting payment.
Executing a Civil Order of Arrest or a Civil Bench Warrant. A non-refundable detention and processing fee of $362.37 to allow for incarceration (up to 3 days) is required to be paid at time of service request for civil arrest orders and civil bench warrants.
