Fingerprinting, in relation to court orders (criminal summons) and employment / background checks, is available at:

Fingerprinting in the Health and Justice Building (HJB) is done by appointment only on Wednesdays between the hours of 1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. and Fridays between 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Please call 801-851-4038 to schedule an appointment.
The cost for fingerprint services is $15 if you are not applying for a position with Utah County Government and this fee must be paid before being fingerprinted. See payment link below.
If you are being fingerprinted because of a court order(criminal summons), please bring a hard copy of the order with you to your appointment or email it to: stacyp@utahcounty.gov in advance.
Be aware that during times of health restrictions and/or other public emergencies, fingerprint services may not be available at the HJB.
** The Utah County Jail also provides court ordered fingerprint services in relation to criminal summons, between 7:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M., seven days a week without an appointment. However the Jail does not offer fingerprinting in relation to employment / background checks.
